2. Product range
Simply Lua sells products, mainly decoration and accessories. Products are sold and handled through the webshop .
Simply Lua sells crystals and minerals, among other things. Because crystals and minerals are natural products, each piece is unique. By completing a purchase you agree that you will receive a unique product that may differ (slightly) from the image on the product page. When you read at the product page that you will receive this exact piece, you will of course receive that piece and no other.
Simply Lua sells handmade products, which means that each product is unique. By completing a purchase, you agree that you will receive a unique product that may differ (slightly) from the image on the product page.
Payments must be made immediately during the purchase process. This can be completed via credit card or Bancontact.
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within two working days, exceptions are possible. Delivery time depends on the shipping service, all purchases will be delivered within 30 days to the specified address unless otherwise indicated. If the order is not delivered within 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the order.
For pre-orders, different delivery conditions apply, these will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Returns are possible within 30 days after the purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition within 7 days after notifying Simply Lua about the return. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs involved. When the returned product is received back in its original condition at Simply Lua, the product value (excl. shipping costs) will be transferred back within 14 days.
To complete a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Contact Simply Lua via e-mail, social media or the contact form to report which product you want to return.
2. Please return the product in its original condition and carefully packaged to the following address:
Consumers are legally entitled to a two-year warranty. If your purchased product has a defect, you can contact Simply Lua within two years. Depending on the defect and product, your product will be replaced, repaired or refunded.
The consumer is responsible for half of the shipping costs involved, the other half will be refunded by Simply Lua. Warranty does not apply to candles that have been lit or defects obtained through frequent use of the product.

How long we retain personal data
Simply Lua does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
Account information is kept as long as the account is active. If the account is inactive for two years an invitation will be sent to return, if this is not answered within 30 days, the account data will be deleted.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Simply Lua will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
